Reservation's Conditions

Our rates reward longer stays, with lower rates as the number of nights of stay increases, longer vacation = cheaper vacation.

All apartment prices include:

• VAT, electricity and water consumption (including kitchen block)
• Beds made on arrival, changed every 7 nights
• 1 set per person of bathroom linen upon arrival with change every 3 days
• Bathroom courtesy set upon arrival
• Final cleaning (excluding that of the kitchen block which is the responsibility of the customer or with a charge of € 30.00)
Independent air conditioning and heating and adjustable from inside the apartment.
• Use of the car park subject to availability
• Free Wi-Fi connection

Tourist tax not included: € 1.50 per person over 12 years per day for the first 6 nights of accommodation in the municipal area during the calendar year.

Best price guaranteed: for direct bookings 5% discount compared to the list rates with payment of a deposit of 50%

Free additional options - to be requested upon booking, subject to availability:
potty or toilet seat reducer, baby bed (travel type), bathroom platform, internal shower mat, side rail for single bed, cot with wooden bars instead of the travel one.

Children:

• Children under the age of 4 free in all types of apartments in all periods in bed with parents or their own cot.
• Children from 4 years of age pay the fee for the additional person (compulsory even if they do not require additional beds).

PAYMENT METHOD:
Direct booking can be made with a credit card as a guarantee by authorizing a pre-authorization of 100% of the stay, or with the simultaneous payment of a deposit of 50% of the total booking by bank transfer.
The balance must be paid upon arrival.
The extras will be paid at the end of the stay.

CANCELLATION POLICY

• For stays that have an arrival date from 14 June to 15 September, the customer has the right to cancel the reservation free of charge up to 7 days before the date of arrival, without paying any penalty.
• In case of cancellation communicated more than 7 days before the date of arrival or no-show, a penalty of 100% of the cost of the stay will be charged.
• For stays that have an arrival date from September 16th to June 13th, the customer has the right to cancel the reservation free of charge up to 3 days before the expected date of arrival without paying any penalty.
• In case of cancellation communicated more than 3 days before the date of arrival or no-show, a penalty of 100% of the cost of the stay will be charged.
